SHORT-TERM CLEANSING PROGRAM: As part of a 15-day cleanse cycle, take one to two capsules at bedtime with 8 ounces of water for up to seven days, followed by additional fiber and water intake for days 8-15. Do not repeat the cleansing program for at least 6-8 weeks.
